In 1992, in Florida, the Evans Real Estate experience began. I worked for the "Exclusive" HUD listing agent in Palm Beach County that was a prototype program in one of HUD’s first attempts to privatize listing services away from the agency. I followed that by working for one of the Largest Bank-Owned REO Management and Outsource Companies in South Florida, as a Sales Manager just prior to MY MOVE TO ATLANTA! I then came to Georgia, to Manage a Team of foreclosure specialists that listed and SOLD HUD OWNED homes in 42 counties of Georgia (including GWINNETT, FULTON, COBB, DEKALB, HALL, CHEROKEE, FORSYTH, PICKINS, DAWSON, BARTOW, BARROW, and JACKSON just to name a few) in '04 and '05. This time gave me a perspective very few agents have ever experienced. The high volume of sales and calls gave me a Market awareness that I share with my Team and YOU NOW.
